Honest limits
What this is not
Worth knowing before you pay rather than after.
- It is not software. Nothing logs in to your property management system and nothing runs on a schedule. You attach an export, you get a draft, you send it
- It does not replace your accountant or your lawyer. Thresholds, habitability rules and fee bases are yours to set, because they are jurisdictional
- It will not send anything by itself. Not as a setting either. There is structurally nothing for the agents to send with
- It is new. The agents are tested hard against synthetic data and published with every result, but the room is young and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise

What exactly am I paying for?

What happens on day one?
You land in Start Here, which is four short parts and ends with you choosing the first job you want handed over. Then Your AI Setup gets your account configured. Start with the supplied fictional sample before trying a closed month from your own records.
What if I cancel?
You keep every agent you have built. They are files, not software. Your downloaded files remain yours to use under their license. Your AI provider's terms still apply.
Do I need to be technical?
Start with the setup guide for your chosen agent. The Owner Statement Agent has Claude, ChatGPT and Codex paths. Supply the firm settings and try its fictional sample before using your own export.
Which property management software does this work with?
The agents work from files rather than connecting to your property management system. Check the required fields and test your actual export. We have not validated every vendor format.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, seven days. You can also take the Owner Statement Agent free and permanently, without joining, and judge the standard first.
How big does my portfolio need to be?
The agents are built around the jobs of a firm managing roughly 50 to 500 doors. Smaller works, it is just a smaller saving. Larger works, you will want to configure more carefully.
Is my owner and tenant data safe?
The agent runs in your supported AI account, not on a Sokage server. Your AI provider processes the files you attach. Check its data settings and your firm's permissions before using owner or tenant records.
